Welcome to Fanciphy. By accessing or using a Fanciphy online gallery, collection, store, website, or related service, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Copyright & Ownership

All photographs and other creative content displayed within Fanciphy galleries and collections are protected by copyright. Unless otherwise stated in writing, Fanciphy retains all copyrights and ownership rights to the photographs.

Viewing, downloading, or purchasing an image does not transfer copyright or ownership. Digital images are licensed for the specific use provided at the time of purchase or delivery.

Personal Use

Digital images provided or purchased for personal use may be downloaded, saved, shared with friends and family, posted to personal social media accounts, and printed for personal use.

Images may not be sold, sublicensed, used for advertising, marketing, business promotion, publication, resale, products, or any other commercial purpose without prior written permission from Fanciphy and, when applicable, an appropriate commercial license.

Image Alteration

Images may not be substantially altered in a way that misrepresents the photographer’s finished work. This includes applying filters, significant color changes, AI-generated alterations, or other substantial edits. Images may be reasonably cropped when necessary for social media or printing.

The photographer’s watermark, when present, may not be intentionally removed or altered.

Gallery Access & Sharing

Some galleries may contain private or password-protected content. Clients are responsible for appropriately sharing gallery links, passwords, download PINs, and other access information.

Access to a gallery does not grant permission to download, reproduce, distribute, or use images unless those rights have specifically been provided.

Purchases

Prices, products, image licenses, and availability may vary by collection. Additional terms presented during checkout, including Fanciphy's Terms of Sale and Digital Image License, apply to purchases made through an online gallery or store.

Due to the nature of digital products, digital image purchases are generally final once purchased or delivered.

Printing

Fanciphy cannot guarantee the color, cropping, quality, or appearance of photographs printed through third-party printers or labs. For the best representation of the finished photographs, professional printing is recommended.

Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized reproduction, commercial use, resale, distribution, or modification of copyrighted images is prohibited. Fanciphy reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

Fanciphy may update these Terms of Service periodically. The version displayed within the gallery or website at the time of use will apply.
